The reverse of the badge contains the motto ‘Victoria Concordia Crescit’ which means ‘Victory Through Harmony’, a motto that Arsenal Football Club has lived by for many years.

The 2010/2011 Arsenal Football Shirt is manufactured by Nike and is made using 100% polyester which has been derived from up to eight plastics bottles as part of Nikes Considered Design program.

The technology behind making the shirt allows it to be 13% lighter than other kits and helps keep the wearer cool by drawing moisture away from the body to the surface for quicker evaporation.

Ventilation on the sides of the shirt increase breathability by up to 7% and helping in keeping the wearer dry and cool. the double knit structure gives the shirt up to 10$ more stretch.

The Arsenal away football shirt is designed using midwest gold for the body and sleeves with red currant pinstipes and cuff style sleeves. The Nike logo is stitched on the right chest with the club crest on the left chest and the ‘Fly Emirates’ logo printed across the mid-rift. The back has no printing.
